Business Development Manager
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with 5 to 7 years of IT Security Services sales experience to mid-tier and/or enterprise accounts. Candidate must have a strong background in selling Information Security solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend management regarding how to best approach as opportunities. Provide feedback as appropriate.
  • Research and understand the current and future technical market trends as well as the challenges for customer markets.
  • Understand technologies and strategy and formulate plans to address competitive sales efforts.
  • Create, manage, and own sales of SecurView security solutions to CEO/CIO/CTO level and technical architect level customers.
  • Integrate and plan with internal SecurView team in efforts to ensure successful transition from pre-sales to completion of projects/deployment.
  • Develop and support the sale of security solution offerings
  • Demonstrate the desire to learn and grow within the industry/community
Qualification:

Education: Any graduate preferably BE/BTech/Me/MTech/MCA

Technical: No specific requirement
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Strong technical background with 5+ years IT Security solutions sales experience
  • Strong communication skills and presentation skills with the ability to articulate the advantages of security technology to senior business and technical decision makers as well as front-line technologist
  • Advanced domain knowledge in one or more vertical industries is preferred
  • Detail-oriented and very organized
  • Ability to multi-task, successfully manage multiple client assignments of different sizes/types
  • Consistent use of excellent judgment when making daily decisions about account/program/project activities
  • Possess analytical abilities to problem solve and offer new/alternate solutions
  • Have prior success in managing assignments to schedule/scope/budget
  • Strong professional presence; experience in a Professional Services firm is preferred.
  • Possesses aggressive style to effectively drive success and achieve goals/results
  • Working conditions: Travel included - Mostly domestic (95%) if required International (5%)
