Sr. Network Engineer (Voice) UCCX
Relevant Experience
Minimum 4 years
Education/Qualification
BE - IT or Computer Science/B Tech. /Equivalent
Required Certification
CCVP, UCCCE Implementation (642 -165)
Desired Certifications
CCIE Voice (Lab)
Technical expertise
- Building and configure an UCCX Server.
- Deploy UCCX in a Cluster mode.
- Should be able to build, test and implement scripts for UCCX server.
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco Unified CM or Cisco Unified CME.
- Hands on Experience in installing and administration of Cisco Unified Call Manager
- Managing customer network with Ciscos best practices.
- Worked on 1800/2500/2600/2800/3600/3800/7206VXR/7609/12410(installed and
configured) Cisco Routers and Switches.
- Catalyst 2900, 4500, 6500 (IOS and Cat OS) Series.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build, configure and troubleshoot UCCX server.
- Installation & Configuration of CUCM, Unity, Presence & Voice Gateways.
- Configuring call control protocols H.323, MGCP and SIP.
- Implement CISCO Call Manager Express, Cisco Unity Express,
Cisco Switches, Cisco Gateway Routers.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Cisco Unified Call Manager.
- Backup and Restore Operations.
- Coordinating with Cisco TAC for escalated issue and performing troubleshooting with TAC
Engineers.
- Ability to provide remote support to SecurView Customers.

- Need to work in 24/7 Operations.
- May require traveling overseas.
