SOC Manager
We are looking for a Manager for our Global Security Operations Center (SOC) based in Pune, with minimum 5+ years experience in information security. Candidates should have strong working knowledge in various security technologies, architecture, incident management and forensics. The job involves managing a team of 40+ team members and close interactions with customers from different parts of the world.

Technical Skills:

• Hands on experience on one of the SIEM tools such as NetForensics, MARS, ArcSight, etc
• Hands on experience on various security products such as Firewalls, IDS/IPS (network and host based), VPN, VLAN, Routers, Switches, content filtering, spam filters, etc.
• Strong working knowledge of operating systems security for Windows, Linux, Solaris, AIX, etc
• Strong working knowledge of hacking tools and techniques
• Strong experience in Incident Management cycle
• At least 5+ years of IT Security experience with 2+ years of management experience

Soft skills

• Strong interpersonal, customer handling and presentation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal levels of supervision or oversight

Educational qualification: BE/MCA or four years equivalent university degree

Certifications (at least one): CISSP, CISM, CCSP, GCIH, CCIE R&S or CCIE Security
