Job Responsibilities:
Consulting, architecting, assessment and implementation of Cisco security technologies for
large and mid-size organization for Cisco customers for global market.
Technical skills required
Primary Skills
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP
- Hands on Experience of Incident handling and Operations - SLA, Escalation and Notification, Workload tracking.
- Hand on experience in configuration of VPN, ASA, IPS, NAC, Cisco, ACS.
- Strong understanding of network and security systems - Cisco Routers (7200, 3700, 3600, 2600, 1700 & 800 series, Cisco Switches Layer 2 and 3 (2950, 3550 & 3745 series),Cisco PIX Firewall; Network IDS/IPS, Host IDS/IPS
- Strong troubleshooting experience with
- Sniffers - tcpdump, snoop, wireshark winpcap,
- Protocol - RIP,OSPF,EIGRP, BGP4, IS-IS, HSRP, GLBP, VRRP
- Switching - STP, RSTP, CEF,VLAN, VTP, Switch Security dCEF,
- Devices - Pix/ASA, FWSM, and Checkpoint Firewalls, DNS, Active Directory, Radius, ACS, IDS/IPS, NAC,
Other Skills
- Experience of operating environment like M.S Windows, Linux, HP-UX, Solaris would be added advantage
- Experience working with ticketing system.

- Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Additional Information
This position requires to travel onsite as and when required.
