Relevant Experience

Education/Qualification
BE - IT or Computer Science/B Tech. /Equivalent
Certifications
- CCVP(Compulsory)
- CCIE(desired)
Technical expertise
- Troubleshooting of network/Voice issues at client sites.
- Network & Voice project implementation.
- Managing customer network with Ciscos best practices.
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting on IPCC/ICM 7.0 and Cisco Call Manager 4.X, 6.X, 7.X
- Worked on 1800/2500/2600/2800/3600/3800/7206VXR/7609/12410(installed and configured) Cisco Routers and Switches.
- Catalyst 2900, 4500, 6500 (IOS and Cat OS) Series.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Installation & Configuration of CUCM, Unity, Presence & Voice Gateways.
- Configuring call control protocols H.323, MGCP and SIP.
- Implement CISCO Call Manager Express, Cisco Unity Express, Cisco Switches.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Cisco Call Manager.
- Backup and Restore Operations.
- Coordinating with Cisco TAC for escalated issue and performing troubleshooting with TAC Engineers.
- Implementation of HSRP on the Cisco 4507 / 6509 Switch Connectivity.
- Implemented IPT, IPCC
- Wireless setup is an added advantage.
- Ability to provide remote support to SecurView Customers.
